    Products sold are not returnable or refundable.

    1. Wrong Products Shipped

    If wrong product is shipped, you should send the photos of the product to us through email or contact our customer service within 3 days after received the parcel.  We will approve your request immediately after checked and we will re-send new product within 2 working days if the product is available. Otherwise, we will contact you if the product is out of order.

    1. Order Cancellation

    You can request for cancellation after completing payment and if product has not been dispatched by then, cancellation request is approved and you can receive refund. But, in case we already dispatched product, cancellation request will be rejected.
